dining room furniture...finally...

I spent part of yesterday and today making myself useful and assembling our dining room furniture...the ironing board that is still out as part of the never ending curtain project came in very handy...


Now, instead of a multitude of cookies, cookies and more cookies, we have dining room furniture.


I'm beginning to think the blue house is jinxed though...what with the bathtub problems, the freezer problems and the raccoons...and then when Kelsey and I pulled the top of the table out of the box, well, we discovered it had some issues...



I talked to the nice man at the great big department store and he's getting us a new table and giving us a discount...and in the meantime, we can use the trashed table for our Thanksgiving dinner on Sunday.
