ReplyDeletetoday seems to be a competition to see who can punch the keys on their phone pad/keyboard the hardest and the loudest. i am NOT participating.
also, if a client is waiting on you for a yes or no answer, that's it, no explanation needed, just "yes, we can do this," or "no, we can't," wouldn't you just pick up the phone and tell them that, instead of humming and hawing over it for FIVE FREAKIN DAYS and then EMAILING! god, so many morons.
